Concept
Over three days, participants delve deeply into real-world challenges and strategies. Experienced founders share their knowledge on pressing scaling startups topics in focused sessions tailored to participants' needs. Founders also have a chance to meet one-on-one, cowork, and spend leisure time together.
Sessions
Offsite sessions are imagined as knowledge sharing discussions on specific topics by founders/ operators with extensive experience in that area. We organise them in 4 main formats:

The agenda covers topics critical to startup growth: sales, product development, stakeholder management, recruiting and team development, operations, and marketing. These topics cover the fundamental challenges of building and scaling a startup.
