Concept
Over 2 days, founders share their experiences on pressing topics in building and scaling startups in an unconference format. Participants have a chance to learn from, cowork, and hang out with the most promising and most prominent Serbian founders.
Sessions
Offsite sessions are imagined as knowledge sharing discussions on specific topics by founders/ operators with extensive experience in that area. We organise them in 4 main formats:

The agenda covers topics critical to startup growth: sales, product development, stakeholder management, recruiting and team development, operations, and marketing. These topics cover the fundamental challenges of building and scaling a startup.
