Garaža Office Hours are 25-minute in-person sessions with experienced founders from the Garaža community, designed for idea & early-stage startups. The goal is to help you understand how you can improve your idea and build a better startup.
The Office Hours are hosted in the offices of different Serbian startups, giving you a glimpse of their culture and the chance to learn directly from the most experienced founders in the community.

Why should I apply?
Over the past four years in the Serbian ecosystem, we noticed that many teams focus on tarpit ideas and that many founders begin by solving very local problems, which leads to building companies that are not scalable. Scalability is essential if you want to build a startup. We paired up with experienced founders from our community to help guide you from the very beginning toward a high-growth, high-profile path.

- If you are looking for investors or funding directly, Office Hours is not the place for that.
- If you are not open to honest feedback and constructive criticism, this is not for you.
What to expect?
Expect very honest and no-bullshit conversations with high-level, late-stage founders of successful Serbian startups. The goal of these sessions is to give you guidance and perspective, without sugarcoating. If you are ready to hear no-nonsense advice and maybe some harsh truth, Office Hours are for you.
